2. Respectful Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Safety

HollaGlobe is committed to providing a friendly, safe learning environment. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against:

• Harassment, threats, stalking, abusive language, or discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, gender, or orientation.
• Unsolicited commercial advertisements, spam, promotional links, or cryptocurrency/financial solicitations.
• Impersonation, stolen photos, fake profile claims, or romantic scamming attempts.
• Sharing sexually explicit, violent, or unlawful media.

3. Safe Communication Practices

Never share your financial credentials, bank account numbers, or passwords with anyone on the site. If you arrange an in-person language meetup or penpal correspondence with another member, always prioritize your personal safety and meet in public spaces.

4. Account Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to review reported conversations, suspend access, or permanently terminate accounts that violate our community standards or pose a security risk to members.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

HollaGlobe is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we actively moderate and prevent abusive behavior, we cannot guarantee the identity or conduct of third-party members.
